A twelve-week course on learning the various conflicts between maintaining our will and submitting to God’s Will—WHO WILL WIN?! This class begins Monday, September 16, from 7 to 9 p.m.
A thirteen-week course on learning how to become Spiritual Friends, how to relate God’s Word to people’s lives, and how to be Spiritual Friends who help others know that: “It’s Normal to Hurt, Possible to Hope, Horrible to Sin, but Wonderful to be Forgiven and it’s Possible to Love.”
Will be held in Classroom 103. Young ladies ages 13-18 are invited to join this class. Parents are encouraged to bring your daughters, as well as encourage them to bring a friend.
A twelve-week course on exploring Bible-based disciplines of fasting and prayer. Participants will look at nine Biblical fasts as seen throughout various Scriptures.
We will celebrate our Ushers’ Anniversary. Our guest preacher will be Dr. Marshall F. Prentice, Pastor of Zion Baptist Church, located at 1700 N. Caroline St; Baltimore, Maryland. The NABC Choir will be singing. All members and friends are invited to attend.
Will be held at the Lakeview Golf Resort & Spa, in Morgantown, WV. Our theme for this retreat is, “Men With A Mission” (Judges 6:14). Registration is ongoing, immediately following morning service in the information corridor. A $50 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration.
This class is mandatory for all new members, ages 18 and older. However, all members who have not yet taken this mandatory class are urged to attend. Classes will be held in Classroom 108. Parents are strongly encouraged to not bring children to this class.
This class will be five weeks long and will cost $49.00. The class hours are 7 p.m.-9 p.m. and will be facilitated by Deacon Wilbert Hawkins, Jr., EdD.
